I wouldn't be surprised. A guy that was drunk slipped and fell in my dad's bar, hit his head, he sued and won easily. My dad's only defense was obviously that the man was drunk, but I guess in America drunks aren't responsible for their actions. Probably pled insanity or something like that

That sucks, I feel sorry for your dad. Some of the lawyers (and regular people too) in this country are truly #$%&ed. :|
