i tried Offtopic.com for a while. like someone else said it's so busy that it's almost annoying. topics don't stay on the first page too long and the ones that do seem to be flamefests and OP drama. quite a bit is tolerated there. also, you get b!tched at for not having a subscription... "get a sub n00b" etc etc.

i will have to take your word for it. i go in, read a few threads on the front page sometimes, and leave. i saw the OT.com South Park pic though, and it was pretty funny even though i'm not very active there.
