Is an Antec SL-450 sufficient for this build?

I'm doing my first build in a couple years, and I'm wondering if I can use my old SL-450 for this one. I'm basically clueless when it comes to power supplies and utilization.

e6750 (probably going to try to overclock to 8x400, not sure how much that affects power)
8800GT
2x1gb ddr2-800
IP35-e
250gb 7200rpm
a dvd drive or two and some other small accessories

[not a psu expert] It sounds fine too me as long as it can output the recommended amount of amps and has the correct connectors.

Those Antec SL's are absolutely horrible psu's. Nearly everyone who has used them for a very powerful system at all has had it fail on them, usually pretty quickly. Of course, I don't actually think that psu has enough oomph to even let you boot with an 8800GT, so it probably won't fail, and take out half of your expensive hardware when it goes.

edit: Not that Antec psu's are known for failing, and taking out other components when they fail. They usually just fail, and nothing else is harmed.

The SL-450 doesn't even have dual rails. He intends on overclocking too? I wouldn't recommend using it at all.
