And yes America is rich, we have the ability to feed every person on this planet, but we choose not to.

You make it sound like we (the US) hate the world. Do we not provide the greatest amount humanitarian aid to others?

Do you regularly donate to humanitarian efforts? I don't and I'm sure that most people at this forum don't either. Don't make it sound like all Americans are actively trying to make the world a better place, because we aren't. It's easy to say "my country helps feed 3rd world citizens," even if you aren't really helping. If the collective wealth of the United States were evenly distributed among everyone in the world, our standards of living would go down significantly.

"poor" people in america are the ones that have:
used cars
only have 1 game console
basic cable
only 1 bedroom apartments

people in 3rd world countries have:

a donkey if they are rich, otherwise they walk
games? they play soccer with a dog skull
tv? they don't have electricity
live in cardboard boxes or worse

LMAO at "play soccer with a dog skull!" The reality of that situation is sad at best, but I have to admit that I just burst out laughing when I read that and visualized it in my head.

Anyway, no Americans are not rich in general, they're just wealthy.
