Is alpha p7125 good??

I'm think of buying an heatsink for my athlon 500 cpu.
Should i get the alpha p7125??

I love mine...however I kinda wanna see what the VOS32 is all about. The VO32 is $29.00 and cools just as well, if not better than the P7125, or so I've heard.
