My fan has been making a ringing noise. It is pretty constant but it is not really that loud. I think it is coming from my processor fan on the back. Should i get my fan replaced or should it go away after it gets dusty again?

A ringing noise could be made by one or more of the fan blades hitting something while turning (a cable, a heatsink fin, etc...).

This is definitely NOT good. I'd check into it, before your fan dies for good.

If its a ball bearing fan it is possible there could be some dirt down in the fan or that the bearings could have gone bad.

The ringing sound is usually caused by a bad bearing. Time to replace the fan, before is seizes up and costs you a CPU.
