So some idiot's car alarm is going off now, just like it did from 9am-10am. Just like it did that past 3 days before this one.

Is it illegal for it to be going off for hours and hours and hours? I am losing it.

Call the police and find out.

There should be a non-emergency number on the first few pages of your phone book.

Throwing a brick through the windshield won't help unless you follow it with a molotov cocktail...the ensuing fire should melt the wiring and components enough to silence the dammed thing...

Seems like the battery would die eventually. Many times I have heard a car alarm in a parking lot, with the alaarrrrrrm starrrrrrrrting tooooooooooo drawwwwwwwwwlllllllllllll becauuuuuuuusssssssssse...
