New membership is $45...a most of us like to make our our decisions😉
 
Yes CostCo accepts VISA/MasterCard debit cards but they do not accept credit cards unless it's Amex.

Now, how do they define "travel?" Is it any purchases that are more than X miles from your zip code, or is it purchases from certain types of businesses (airlines, etc)?
