I have a 57"toshiba,cant wait to go 70" or larger. We sit maybe 10' back. Mine sits on a stand, not wall mounted. At these sizes I didnt see the need to wall mount as they seem like a door turned on its side. Some thought would have to go into a large wall mount install, and I wouln't do it,I would have the'pros' do it.

the only time its too big is when it doesn't fit on the wall and you end up having to cut the ceiling up a bit to slide the screen into the wall.... oh and this is assuming that you've already broke the wall to your house to get the screen inside. yea its a hard knock life, what ya gonna do bout it

actually, I think a 60" plasma is too big. Very hard to mount on wall and very easy to tip over. Bad idea.

Very hard to mount on wall? I had installers do it in two hours for a 63" on a tilt mount, with no problems. Don't talk if you don't know what you're talking about.

Tilt mount, is that in a bar? In a home environment, unless you are lucky and your installation spot lines up with the studs, it's a pain. If you are doing prep before the drywalls go up, then it won't be too bad.

I would get a projector and use the whole wall. (unless your room is always bright)
