I'm thinking of getting a M12II-620 Watt Modular for a new build with the components listed below:

Core i7 4790
Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H
NH-U12S/Mugen 4
Corsair 500R
Seagate Barracuda 1TB
HyperX Fury 8GB
R9 290 Tri-X
LG DVDx24

And will these PC parts fit together?

Yes, no problem at all. I have a similar build I put together for my daughter and it has a 290 in it and it runs just fine.

I'd have to disagree. its a 620W bronze. You're going to be stressing it. Will be ok but not ideal in my view.

Seasonic is a brand that doesn't lie about specs, and they say it can deliver 575W at 12V, should be plenty.

Could consider getting a more modern, more efficient psu with a long warranty of course, but it should be fine.
