When you get older you'll gain some weight. The trick is to make sure it's lean muscle and not fat. Lean Muscle is a lot denser than fat for you could gain 20 or 30 lbs of it and look great where as you could gain 15 lbs of fat and look soft and out of shape.Originally posted by: Jeeper94
I'm 6'2" tall and weigh approximately 165 lbs. Last year I was about 155 lbs. I stopped growing about 4 years ago. I need to start lifting more weights, but I do ride my mountain bike a decent amount.

Well you are still young and your metabolism is probably still in high gear. When you get older it would be a good idea to do some Resistance training. It will also help to keep your testosterone at high levels instead of having it drop as you get older. Your wife will appreciate it.Originally posted by: Jeeper94

Oh that is so true. I will be turning 24 shortly. I should try and exercise more, but my fiance, school, and work come first at the moment.

Has absolutely nothing to do with your height and weight. Has everything to do with your muscle mass and fat %. If you are asking, it is probably because you have a high fat % and low muscle mass, but that is just a guess.
