I'm 6'2" and 225 lbs. Last measurement was arount 13% body fat, but I may have been up to 10 pounds lighter.

Depends on your BMI, if I understand it correctly.

according to BMI you are at a healthy weight now but if you get up to 190 lbs you are overweight. At 220 lbs you are considered obese. I think this is ridiculous but those are the definitions of overweight and obese. It doesn't really take into account your frame and muscle mass

Depends on your build.

I'm 6'2" tall and weigh approximately 165 lbs. Last year I was about 155 lbs. I stopped growing about 4 years ago. I need to start lifting more weights, but I do ride my mountain bike a decent amount.

When you get older you'll gain some weight. The trick is to make sure it's lean muscle and not fat. Lean Muscle is a lot denser than fat for you could gain 20 or 30 lbs of it and look great where as you could gain 15 lbs of fat and look soft and out of shape.

Oh that is so true. I will be turning 24 shortly. I should try and exercise more, but my fiance, school, and work come first at the moment.

Well you are still young and your metabolism is probably still in high gear. When you get older it would be a good idea to do some Resistance training. It will also help to keep your testosterone at high levels instead of having it drop as you get older. Your wife will appreciate it.

its all relative to body type... meso, endo, ecto morph....

there's no steadfast way to measure overweight or not without looking at the bodyfat% and whatnot.

For a man, Ideal Body Weight is calculated as such:

106 + 6 (height in inches - 60)

So to the OP, plugging in 72 gives you:

106 + 6(72-60)
106 +6(12)
106+72
178

You are 2 lbs overweight you fatty!

Has absolutely nothing to do with your height and weight. Has everything to do with your muscle mass and fat %. If you are asking, it is probably because you have a high fat % and low muscle mass, but that is just a guess.

I'm 6'1 and 210. I have hardly no fat on me but I'm considered overweight. The charts aren't good to go by.

That's what I was thinking.

My spouse is 6 feet tall and at 180 pounds, he would be 10-20 pounds too light. He has a big frame and is muscular. He looks best around 195-205.
