Is "40yr Old Virgin" funny??

I have yet to see this movie and didnt know if it was funny or not.

I didnt like Anchorman and Napolian Dynamite. How does this compare

anchorman was mostly lousy, 40 year old virgin had a number of good laughs. it wasnt great, but its worth watching once. anchorman is worth watching if you have a highlight clip of it
