Is $40 for this CRT a good buy?

I'm planning to pick up this used Sony ES Series Model 200 (17 in.) CRT Conventional Monitor tmr for $40. The seller claims it's about 4 yrs old and hasn't had much use. Please click the link below for specs:

I got a Sony G200 for $60... about 3 years old. Been great so far.

Heh, I remember selling my old old old old old 17" CRT with a curved screen to a 'friend' for 40 bucks
