is 3dmark 11 a more realistic stability tester?

We all know torture testers like furmark/kombustor/occt gpu test are completely unrealistic and I've also read that in some instances gpus at stock settings will give errors with them. So in this case, what is a more 'real world' tester of stability (besides games ofc)? Is stability through a 30 mins loop in 3dmark good enough?

Just game like you normally would. A two hour session of BF3 64 player multiplayer and call it good. My gtx 480 is at 99% gpu usage and 1400mb memory used during BF3 multiplayer. You can't stress my graphics card anymore than that

The other problem with benchmark programs, mostly 3dmark, is that they release drivers specifically for them. If they had any worth, they would not allow that imo.
