Is 350 watts enough ?

Running xp home and Linux
Asus A7N8x
AMD XP 2500+ Barton core Overclocked to 2.0 GHZ
1 gig samsung ram pc3200
2 wd 80 gig hard drives
1 dvd player
1 DVD burner
ATI Radeon 9000 (with a fan added to it)
Soundblaster Audigy LS 24bit sound card (linux hates it)
2 case fans

I've started doing video rendering and need
to add a couple of fans to the case
is there a good website that will give me total
watts used?

The minimum I would go with is a good 350W. I haven't heard of Okai, so I can't comment on it. If this system is already set up and your voltages are steady with your computer under full load I would not worry about the PSU.

A good 350w should be fine, however I don't know what the quality of okai power supplies is.

350w of quality power is fine. I have not heard of Okai, so that makes 3 out of 3. I would question it's quality. Examples of quality power from my experiences would be Antec, Thermaltake, Coolmax and Enermax.

LOL agreed BTA I can't think of to many parts that aren't made there or in Taiwan 😉

hmmm i'm chinese and i don't remember any swear words that's okai...

well anyways.. cheap brands will work.. but they break VERY EASILY... there's like 90% chance it'll break within a year or two...

if you get a good brand.. and higher wattage.. you can overclock a lot higher...

I do video for my son's dance school and
99% of the time it's easier for me to just
just copy from one to the other when
I'm coping the final product for the other
parents. Studio 8 makes a nice final product
but it's slow. I can copy one to the other
and it goes quickly.

Running a fairly similar rig(see sig), half the RAM, but my GFX card eats alot more power, on a 360W Chieftec PSU.
Don't know who makes Chieftec's PSU's, but it's been working fine all along.
