Is 2005 fed tax return considered as income?

I am doing tax with Turbotax. I input the 2005 State and Local tax as income, per instruction from Turbotax. But I don't find anywhere I should input the 2005 Fed tax return.

Does it mean last year's fed tax return (2005) is not considered as income of 2006?
