Is 160Watt Enough power an nvidia 7600gs?

Got one of those Dell 6200c computers which are compact sized and I received the newest Hitman game and the video card we have now (Nvidia 6200) doesn't have Pixel Shader 2.0. So I was thinking of getting an XFX Geforce 7600gs 512mb (shared?) video card. Unfortunately the computer only has a 160watt power supply and I doubt it can be upgraded with a larger wattage since the computer case is quite small.

So my question is, will 160watt be able to power an nvidia 7600gs video card and the rest of the computer.

Specs:

Dell 6200c
P4 2.8 with HT
1gig DDR2 ram
160gig
Nvidia 6200 TC (turbocached) vid card
everything else on-board.

160 Watts isn't going to be enough to power that.

What is the model of your dell? Like, "Dimension 4500" or whatever the model may be.

I ran a X800Pro and a X1800XL on a 218 watt Bestech for months. Wouldnt hurt to try.

The reason why I thought that my Aopen GF6200TC video card didn't have pixel shader 2.0 was because after I installed the game Hitman: Blood Money I started thegame and it suddenly crashed with an error. I checked on three other computers and it gave me the same error. I checked online and came upon a FAQ from the hitman website and it said that the problem could be related to not having pixel shaders. After doing more research and through all you guys help (thank you) I deduced that the problem maybe that I need to turn down or off some settings on the 3D and some settings with the DXDiag.

Thank you all for helping =)
