i have three options which one should i choose? i heard that text is fuzzy and unclear on 27 inch 1080p in windows 10?
Samsung 27 inch (68.6 cm) Curved Bezel Less LED Backlit Computer Monitor - Full HD, VA Panel with VGA, HDMI, Display, Audio in, Heaphone Ports - LC27F591FDWXXL

LG Ultragear 27-inch IPS FHD, G-Sync Compatible, HDR 10, Gaming Monitor with Display Port, HDMI x 2, Height Adjust & Pivot Stand, 144Hz, 1ms - 27GL650F

Samsung 24 inch (60.4 cm) IPS, 3 Side Bezel Less Flat LED Monitor (Dark Blue Gray) 75 Hz - LS24R356FHWXXL

Apparently there is a DVI variation of that monitor with the same model number.

The LG reckons it can do HDR (and it's IPS) so you should get the 'vibrant colours', but I don't know much about screens and HDR I'm afraid.
also 1080p streaming will not get pixlated? on 27 inch montior

1080 streaming getting pixelated? That's mostly down to your ISP and network connection.

But a video stream @ 1080P, playing back on a 1080P digital display, should NOT ordinarily be "pixelated".

THNX FOR HELP BUT ALREADY BOUGHT MSI G27C4 YESTERDAY :0

That's OK, the 1200 vertical pixels cuts down your options *a lot* - enjoy your new monitor.

Personally the sweet spot for me on text is ~25" 1440p/32" 4k, but my main gaming monitor is 1440p 32". Different use cases and personal preference is a huge part of monitor selection.

So choose to enjoy what you ordered 🙂

now if use 1920x1200 or 4k thorugh nvidia control panel will it look bad? got MSI G27C4 but will install on monday

You can't run a 1080p monitor at higher than native resolution. Nvidia control panel shouldn't even give you the option to do so.

You can run one at lower than native resolution but that is best avoided, looks badly blurry and the only good case for that is if gaming and the video card is too low in performance to maintain good framerate at the higher native monitor resolution.

I would have tried to stretch the budget for a monitor with higher resolution than 1080p no matter what size it was... unless built into a vehicle and only used to watch movies during long trips, then 1080p seems just right.

Sure you can, "virtually", with Desktop super-sampling. AMD calls theirs VSR "Virtual Super Resolution", NVidia calls theirs "DSR".

I've used it to boost my 4K UHD screen resolution from 4K to 5K, it works mostly pretty-good, but makes the text even harder to read than native.

Maybe that's what he meant by "blurry text", he was using VSR/DSR on his screen?

^ That would be a virtual mess. 😉
Granted it's a lot less of one on a display with a lot of pixels already so the amount of virtual desktop off-screen is a lower % of total than using a 1080p except maybe 1920x1200.

A higher resolution monitor is worthwhile, only downside being that it's hard to go back.

I had my 4K TV-monitor fail a few weeks ago, and didn't want to break up any other system-monitor combos so grabbed a spare 24", 1080p monitor to use till the replacement arrived. UGH! It was horrific working 24" and 1080p. Luckily the replacement arrived in two days. #firstworldproblems

no regarding blurry test i used only native resolution only

i have installed it and first of al it is uncomfortable as i am near to screen and netflix HD is feels like stuttering a bit what should i do please help

Define "stuttering" please. And list the rest of your machine specs, and the speed and type of your internet connection.

I didn't look up that monitor, is it a VRR type? Maybe there's some settings in Windows that might help, maybe it's VRR when watching videos, which to me would seem like a bad idea.

Of course, if you're dropping frames because your PC is too slow, or your internet connection sucks, a new monitor is not going to help you.

Back away from the screen a little bit?
Wear sunglasses?
Turn the monitor off?
Put a blanket over it?
Put it face down on the desk?
Turn the brightness down?
Spin it 180' so you're facing the back?
Turn the PC off?
See an eye doctor?

"The problem is all inside your head", she said to me,
"The answer is easy if you take it logically,
I'd like to help you in your struggle to be free.
There must be fifty ways to leave your monitor"

Get yourself free!

You're kind of like a friend of mine. His monitor died. So I got him a replacement from a recycler. He complained that it was making his PC slower. (Of course, a monitor cannot do that, it's just an output device.) So, I took back the monitor that I had gotten him, and got him a widescreen 16:9 monitor from the same recycler. I guess he was happier? Some people are just "sensitive", for reasons unknown. Maybe it's all in their head, maybe it's not. I cannot say with certainty.

Just know that most people don't have the same problems that you have, with monitors, OP, and that possibly there are some software settings that affect video playback (or choice of playback software, did you try other playback software?), and that your experience could have been different.

Edit: To add, you might need to get some "computer glasses", if you are having that many problems with LCD monitors. That, and turn the brightness WAY down.
