Is 106 degrees avg. temp too hot for a AMD K6-III 450MHZ?

id thats celcius then hell yeah, if it's farenheit then you should be fine, but wait i forgot, this is cases and cooling, most people in here will tell you anything over room temp is bad. but if it was my i wouldn't worry about it.

Umm if it were Celsuius then thats more than 212 Farenheit. Is that the mobo or CPU temperature?

It's the CPU temp. Sometimes the CPU temp will go all the way up to 115 degrees

If that's in C, then you should be cooking some eggs, or boiling some HOH (water for the rest of you) on your heat sink.
