Is 10 or 1 the highest rating for member ratings?

Well, usually higher the better, just like the way Anandtech rate their hardware they review.
 
Cause it could actually go the other way around. I don't want to be handing out 10s only to realize that I just said that guy was a turd.

I had this problem with ratings too..........think of what you would wanna be to a chick.....a 1 or a 10??? 😀
