check ram compatibliliy with the mobo's manufacturer's suggested list.

hitting 60 degrees under load............Zalman Superflower........ will get the stop code next time....

crashed about 3 mins after starting up.....

Ram pushed too far when I got that. I backed off my timings and all was good

well clearly a quick way to check if it is the ram is to run a memory divider to drop the ram speed....

IIRC
interrupt request line. IRQs are what a piece of hardware is assigned so it can send interupt signals to the cpu
