What is most likely the cause when I am getting this blue screen when overclocking ?

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

At 230 FSB with my new RAM ??

yes

hitting 60 degrees under load............Zalman Superflower........ will get the stop code next time....

crashed about 3 mins after starting up.....

well clearly a quick way to check if it is the ram is to run a memory divider to drop the ram speed....

IIRC
interrupt request line. IRQs are what a piece of hardware is assigned so it can send interupt signals to the cpu
