IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - Power Problems?

The problem is so infrequent, it's hard to justify the expense. Would this kind of BSOD, if related to power, cause any damage? It always happens when I'm not needing to save anything, so nothing's been lost by it.

Eventually. Bad power (surges, dips) can damage anything you have in there. If I had bad power in my area or building (which I do), I'd rather buy a UPS than a new computer or components.

Plus, you say you haven't been doing anything important when you power goes of yet. But what if you were in the middle of a Windows update, or flashing your BIOS?
