IRQ Conflicts ??

Just curious, is it ok for a video card, a lan card, 2 usb host controllers, and an audio controller to all be using IRQ 11? My computer has been locking up for now reason, but Windows 2k Pro says there are no conflicts (under the devices' properties > resources). Any advice would be appreciated. I would post this in General Hardware, but there seem to be more people who check this forum...
