IRQ CONFLICT????

MY GEFORCE 2 IS ON THE SAME IRQ AS MY NIC CARD IS THIS A PROBLEM?

that is a potential problem as the videocard is best configured with no sharing of it's irq(except pci steering!). if your nic is in slot 1, move it to another slot. if it's not in slot 1, try disabling one of your serial ports in bios to free up an irq for the nic to use!

If you are running Win2000 and you haven't Disabled ACPI (which I doubt you have) then this is normal, according to Microsoft themselves. If you are running 98/ME then it is fine as long as you are not having any problems - lockups, BDODs etc. Just leave it if not.
