Seeing many people mention problems with their audigy 2 cards, I wanted to look at this part of the manual and have our tech friends give us some insight on what it means.

Page 2-15 of the manual "When using PCI cards on shared slots, ensure that the drivers support "share IRQ" or that the cards do not need IRQ assignments. Otherwise conflicts will arise between the two PCI groups, making the system unstable and the card inoperable."

Is this the clear cut problem these people are having, since it seems to be the same exact problem described, and if so, what does the diagram on page 2-15 tell us that can help them?
