IRQ #9 problems in WinXP

Hey, I've got a problem winxp final release and I had the same problem with win2k. All my resources on IRQ9 and when I put my 2 HDD's on my ATA100 port, i cant see my second HDD. Also is there a program like coolbits to use for the DetXP's???
On default clockings, I have about 200 points less right now in XP then I do in Winme. WinXP is fast, just need to tweak it!!

My setup:
Asus A7V rev2 with Tbird 750@978
SB live
3com nic
USB printer
40gb WD ata100 7200rpm
13gb maxtor ata66 5400rpm
44x cdrom
12,10,32 plextor cdrw

Please help me with the IRQ problems at least!! Thanks
