The ark is running a bit higher in the water tonight. Chicken, beef, and lamb kabobs, oh my. Plus a run to the Polish smoke shop for a freezer full of various forms of smoked pork. I bet I'm the only person who drives from the all pig all the time smoke shop straight to the Halal grocery store. I'm not sure how many Gods will caste me into hell tonight but I'm going with a happy belly.

I was driving through Phoenix and saw a sign that said "Uzbek Kabobs" and knew what dinner was going to be.

I have a friend that used to do meat plant inspections. He told me that halal/kosher plants have more lax regulations due to our religious freedom laws and that he would never eat either kosher or halal since they were always disgusting (but legal). He was jewish btw.
