Iron Maiden coming to Rock Band

Harmonix has announced a 12-pack of Iron Maiden songs as Rock Band downloadable content coming June 9th. The forums went pretty ballistic over this, I guess there was huge demand.

I was never a big Iron Maiden fan myself, but I've come to appreciate the Run to the Hills cover from RB1 (now being replaced with a master), so even I'm interested in these.

Pack includes:

Aces High (Live)
2 Minutes to Midnight
The Trooper
Wasted Years
The Number of the Beast
Run to the Hills
Can I Play With Madness
The Clairvoyant
Powerslave
Fear of the Dark (Live)
Hallowed Be Thy Name (Live)
Iron Maiden (Live)

This also means Run to the Hills can now be played in RB2, since the cover was one of the three songs excluded from the RB1 -> RB2 export.

I'll pick up Run to the Hills although technically I already paid for it when I bought RB1 😉

At least this version won't be a cover.
