Killian's Irish Red

Thanks everybody for your suggestions thus far 🙂 Killian's (which I do like) is domestic.

thank goodness someone besides me knows that!!! I refuse to drink domestic "Irish" beers. :disgust:

Beamish & Crawford or Scrumpy Jack Cider!

But I like Bushmills or Jamisons or Tullamore Dew.

Isnt Killians non alcoholic? No true Irishman would drink anything non alcoholic.😀 Even if it has alcohol it is made by COORS.

LoL, Killians is definitely not non-alcoholic. Maybe you're think of O'Douls?

Can't talk about Irish beers without mentioning Smithwick's!! Most of those sold overseas are called Kilkenny, where it's brewed. They figured that those outside of Ireland and Britain wouldn't know how to properly pronounce the name (hint: it's not smith-wick!). Great stuff.

Ah Irish beer is for Pansy's. You want to celebrate St Paddy's day it the proper fashion drink Old Bushmills. Guaranteed to have you puking up green sh!t after a liter or two.

Michael Shea's is Irish if I remember correctly. Its not really that expensive either (~$15 a case) which is good for me, being a college student. But it tastes better than the other "college" beers (Natty, Beast, etc).

I'd give it a go.

I'm not so sure the "original" black and tan isn't Guiness and Whiskey (I used to love Jameson 10/12 year).

And my favourite beer was Harp Lager when I lived in Dublin . . . along with Guiness . . . (I am "on the wagon" for 6 years now). 😀
