i tried uninstalling and reinstalling but picture semm to scroll very slowly. not smooth at all and beyond choppy, like a delay. in PIANT and photoshop pics scroll fine.
any ideas?
 
these are with big pics, teh higher the rez teh slower. in amage propersties one pic has 2694 x 3000 Pixels (8.08 MPixels). pics with 1440x900 are less of a problem.
1.7 core 2 duo, dell e1405.
it wasnt always slow and it woks fine in photoshop so i dont see where it came from.
what i just noticed is that it happens when i use a crt (20") with my laptop. maybe the rez is too high for the standard video card...
