An aide to Iraqi President Saddam Hussein told reporters in Baghdad Tuesday that U.N. weapons inspectors would be allowed ?unfettered access? to any site they want to inspect in Iraq.

there were several "presidential residences" the size of the king ranch they wouldn't be allowed in... and they couldn't go until next year or something.
