Oh. So you speak ok ok but me speak no no.

You know? That tracks. *flushing sound*.
The guy who rails against western hypocrisy outs himself as a massive hypocrite in the span of two paragraphs.

It’s sad how brainwashed someone can get where they would rather sacrifice their principles and their morals than their ideological sports team.

So our houthi friends took a shot at a US owned US flagged oil tanker and MISSED:

If they had hit, well there would have been a chance they would have killed some US civilians.

There is stupid. And then their is extra stupid.

I get not caring when it is flags of convenience, questionable ships, safety protocols ignored, etc.

But a double hulled fully labor and eco compliant US tanker* with a US crew? I think that is a fast way to escalate things into ground raids.

*these are not that uncommon. They are required for the US. Something about the hull being able to fail and not leak oil. ( https://www.marineinsight.com/naval-architecture/single-hull-vs-double-hull-tankers/ )

another resounding success story

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The problem really is a lack of good targets. They've learned to hide their stuff fairly well from the Saudi air campaign. We can probably degrade their surveillance of the shipping corridor some by taking out their radars but there just are not a ton of easy options on the table.

Nah the obvious solution here is to enact a naval blockade of Yemen and starve 75,000 people to death. Never had any problems with Yemen under Obama and Trump while brutalizing Yemenis.

I think just being a Houthi is brutal. Any Rino's left?
