Didn't we pull a letter from the ash pile that was Zarqawi's safe house that said one of his prime strategies was to create the appearance that Iran was involved in the insurgency?


Hard to imagine Iran just sitting back and passively watching everything... But at the same time, it's hard to ignore the other evidence as well.
