Not that it matters when a ship is at anchor. Only 4 of its crew were onboard at the time. The british tanker seized in the strait of Hormuz engaged in a strange maneuver & was clearly in Iranian waters. It's unclear whether its tracker was turned off before or after it was seized-

We had to give up on regime change bullshit in order to stop them. Or, you know, just start another war, like that's done us much good in recent memory.
