I'm looking to purchase that Microsoft Media Center keyboard, but i don't Have an IR reciever from the Remote, because i don't have the remote. <bad sentence>

Are the IR recievers all the same?.. The one I do have is from the Sapphire ATI Theater 550p. Would the media center key board thing work with that??
