IPv6 on a squid proxy

has anyone setup a squid proxy that uses an IPv6 address?
one of my vps offers a IPv6 address but i cant figure out how to get it to work in the new version of squid

i have been using squid 2.6 for my ipv4 proxies and the config file is like 4000 lines and it explains everything. the new config file is only 75 lines and seems like alot of the options are gone like tcp_outgoing_address,

so if anyone has an ipv6 proxy lemme know id love to ask you a few questions, maybe take a peak at your config file
