What does this have to do with networking?

That said, did you visit that site before? What would you looking for in the browser cache that you saw this?
Do you run anti-malware programs?
 
Never visited. I run superantispyware and Malwarebytes. Wasn't sure what forum to post this in. Where do you think it belongs? Thanks.
 
There is No reason for Normal user to even keep the cache.

Set your browser to get rid of the cache when it closed. If you never close the Browser run cCleaner every day.
