iPod Recorder for Class Lectures...

Sorry if I posted in the wrong section..

im in my second semester of my freshman year in college (w00t). My main lecture classes are Russian History and Art History. I take as many noted as I can in Russian History and Art history is impossible to stay awake in since you sit in a giant room with the lights dimmed and comfy chairs. I have an ipod g5 and thought that I could maybe get something so I can record lectures? I found this thing for its cheapest price and was wondering if anyone else has a different/ better recorder that they could recommend? Thanks.

if you fall asleep the first time around, you will fall asleep the second, third and fourth times around.

recording lectures never seems to work...

I've used a Pocket PC + SD card to record with good results.

The recorder drains the iPod's battery like crazy. I would suggest getting an olympus digital voice recorder. They are top notch and will last for a long time.

I fall asleep every single time.....except for the very first time I went...

how long do you think it will last? I would be happy if it went for 90min.
