Possibly, but what does it matter? Price is hardly a concern to her, and it may not occur to someone not intimate with sound or technology that the sound quality is sub-par (especially through the included buds), that it's lacking a radio & recording feature, that there are smaller options available, etc.

I really wouldn't know.

I can't even remember which mp3 player it is you like again.

I kinda don't care about mp3 players at all...i listen to my my music on my comp...

BTW, which player is the one you recommend anyway?
Someday i might actually decide i want one.
