IPod Nano question?

Of course it's possible...

You need to use itunes or ephpod (sp?)

Just drag and drop the mp3 into the ipod icon... it's really simple.

I have a nano question too. Does anyone besides apple make a ac cord for it? I really hate giving them $25 for something that should have been included.

eh, just buy two for now. hehe. but... damn.. you have either a ton of music or just prefer lossless.... I can't fathom that much music

Update
Still having problems
It will not drag and drop
It also says right when it connects that there is not enough room to update my music files
It says 1.81 gb are used and there is like 400kb free space
But I cannot find any songs on the ipod right now and I cant erase it
Any ideas?

Hey I am using Itunes right now on my desktop
It first converted the songs in my Windows media player library to MP3 form I am guessing and they are in my ipod library but I cant put them on my ipod Nano

meh i got a 1GB iaudio. drag 'n drop. supports ogg too.

anyone tried putting linux on their ipod? how is it? i might consider an ipod when firmware alternative comes out for it.

did they ever make the screens or plastic case stronger? or is it still just as prone to scratching?

i don't think it was ever "weak." The ipods have ALWAYS been pretty pone to scratching. It was just a fact of life, either you lived with it, or not. it's just now that they have black... it shows up MUCH MUCH more.

regardless.. right click on your ipod nano in itunes, and you can change it to "Manually manage" then you can drag and drop.

Well, quit guessing. They're either added to your iTunes library, or you never added them. They're not phantom files 😀

1. your ipod will, by default, try to add all your music to itself.
2. if your library is larger than it's capacity, it will not
3. simply right click on the ipod icon, go to it's options, and tell it to add only the checked playlists
4. make some playlists that conist of an amout of music that will fit on the player
5. check that box in the ipod options.
6.let it update

You could just wipe it and start over. Go to the apple site, and download the ipod updater. It has an option to retore it to factory defaults, which will wipe it of all files.

OK well I reset it but it still says it is completely filled up despite the fact that I cannot find a single song on it
