iPod messed up?

Got a quick question for iPod owners...I have been charging my iPod since about 9 in the morning today, and the charging sign never switches to full. Anyone elses' iPods do this, and were you able to fix it?
 
Tried that before sniperruff. The problem isn't new, this has been happaning for a while now, but thanks for the suggestion anyway!
 
Bring it to the apple store and get your battery replaced... assuming it's still under warranty. Are you noticing a short battery life? That's what mine did before I had apple swap me a new one. Although I don't even have that one anymore... I sold it and now I have a new color ipod.
