Anyone can make a fake site and then use it to pricematch, but that would kill the whole pricematch ability.
It's not a good deal, it's stealing.

I wouldn't quite classify it as stealing, but it could be questioned ethically. But there are a few facts that you need to take into consideration.

1) I/We did not set up this site for the purpose of pricematching. If I/We had, then it would definately unethical.
2) We do not know whether these offers are real or not. While the site and prices both scream "SCAM" we do not know for certain.
3) If a store has a price match policy then they are willing to sell things at a loss to keep your business, as long as it isn't too much of a loss and it doesn't happen to frequently. Usually when any of the above 2 conditions happen, they revise or remove their policy.
