Has anyone ordered an iPod from Buy.com? I'm considering getting a regular HP 20GB for 275 from them, but Buy.com's Bizrate rating doesn't quite lend confidence. Can anyone tell me of their experiences with Buy.com and purchasing an iPod?

Have ordered from Buy.com many times. Usually your order will have no problems. But here's where you take the risk... if there is any problem with your order and you have to deal with their customer DISservice, it will be a nightmare. So, as the great Dirty Harry once said, "Do you feel lucky?"

On Thursday I ordered a set of Shure E2c earphones for $65. Ordered at 3:30 PM EST, and got them 9:30 the next morning with overnight shipping.

So true. When things go well Buy.com has some great deals. If anything goes wrong. You will be SOL in a hurry. With that said, I bought a 20GB Ipod from them a month ago (they are an Apple authorized reseller) and it arrived with no problem. Don't forget to apply for their VISA card and save another $30.
