iPhone/touch randomly capitalizing letters?

I've found recently that my iPod touch seems to be rAndomly capitalizing letters. Like that a back there. Anyone notice this?

You're probably hitting the caps arrow...

or the shift button.

But it DOES auto capitalize the first letter. there's a way to turn that off now...
