iPhone text recovery

Wife deleted a message last night while half asleep from her 5S.

Message came in and was zapped within 1 minute, so i do not think it was backed up to the "cloud" backup system.

She needs it back without creating a family drama.

How?


I am not an iPhone person, so if there is a sequence, i will need details how to get there from primary screen.

No personal experience, but there is 3rd party software you can buy that runs on a PC - you attach the iphone to the PC and the software recovers deleted texts.

Surely not what you want to do but it's the only method I've heard about.
