I'm interested in downloading the iPhone SDK, and maybe applying for Apple's $99 developer program. However, am I correct in assuming there is no PC support or tools for the SDK, that they're Mac only?

Yup at this time the SDK software is MAC only I have seen quite a few people download this and then be disappointed.
