As of today we are a two iphone household. Never had itunes before so I don't know my way around that either, but it is installed now.

If I buy an app, can I install it on both iphones? Both phones associated with one itunes account? I read something that said Apple's DRM allows use on up to 5 computers but it didn't address how you would use on multiple iphones with one computer.

Can we both sync our phones with the same PC and keep separate calendars, etc.?

Figured I better ask some questions first before I end up doing something I wish I hadn't. Thanks in advance.

Might want to ask this in the Apple sub forum...I seem to remember someone asking a similar question recently but I couldn't find the thread after some searching.

I'm by no means an iphone expert but a quick google search turned up a bunch of different sites saying that you can share your apps with up to 5 phones because of the Fairplay DRM.

This probably is a question for the Apple folks. Sorry I can't be of much help on this one.

Yes, since both iPhones will be linked to one iTunes account you can install the app on both iPhones.

I'm not sure but I am pretty sure you can select which calendars are synced to each iPhone.

I think you can do this without too much trouble. Set them up as one iPhone - do a restore of the older iPhone to the newer - and then set the automatic synching to disabled. Then each time you dock them, select the calendar and contacts and any other differences between the phones separately and then sync. I've had two iPhones with identical contents on them and it worked ok.
