iPhone fiasco on AT&T's online store

I have been pulling my hair out dealing with AT&T this past week. I started a blog to try to publicize their antics. Depending on who you are and how close you are to the situation, it's either entertaining, sad, or extraordinarily frustrating. Give it a read and see what you think:

They do that in addition to shipping the real thing. I got a DHL envelope the day after my iPhone arrived with a bag in it. Weird why they would send a bag.

But The fact remains that a customer service rep told me that shipment *was* the iPhone, that the shipment was listed as weighing 2 pounds on DHL's tracking info, and that as of now the phone itself still hasn't shipped. Our dev team is trying to get a phone to test our app on actual 2.0 firmware, not just on the iPhone simluator. Looks like we bet on the wrong horse with this purchase.

So are they sending you an Iphone or are you SOL?

If they are sending you a phone I don't see the problem, if not then that sucks.

For the foreseeable future, I'm SOL. The blog has all of the details on the whole process. Suffice to say if I ever get an iPhone out of them from this order it'll likely be long after the 3g release.
