Some obvious possibilites would be 3.5mm gate or home button gate, but since neither of those changes have really been hidden and thus wont come as a surprise, they don't really qualify for the -gate suffix imho.
As such my guess will be micro abrasion-gate . . . from the iPhone 7 page, footnote number 2.
I just think it's a waste trading in at least a $100 more expensive phone when they'll accept a 6, moreso if you have over a 16GB version, i.e. trading in say a 64GB 6S would be stupid since you could sell it and just buy the new iPhone outright for just $200 more.Used 6s 16GB's are going for around $400

What I find interesting is people criticize the phone when Apple changes its aesthetics. "Glass is too fragile, so why build a phone out of glass?!?" or "Gold is for douchebag rich kids!" etc. But then when Apple doesn't change the form factor, they also get criticized. This is doubly odd, considering some people like to compare on specs. Well, from a spec point of view, the iPhone 7 Plus is a pretty decent upgrade over the iPhone 6s Plus IMO, and an enormous upgrade over the iPhone 6 Plus, yet people criticize it for being iterative because it looks the same.
The sales sucking may not be as bad as thought...
Packed house for pre ordering, not bad...
Can't you pre order online?
Yeah, mine is also showing the same message.Still a ton of the iPhone 7 (non-Plus) in Canada for Sept. 16 delivery. What I don't understand though is why none the Apple Stores near me have the silver 128 GB 7 for in-store pickup (despite being available online for Sept. 16 delivery), but all of them have the matte black available for Friday pickup (even now, Friday afternoon). The Plus models are nowhere to be found though. It seems they underestimated Plus demand this time around, or else are just supply constrained for the Plus.
BTW, has anyone gotten a "Preparing for shipment" notice yet? I haven't, but I note that people in the US have already started receiving these emails.
Is it a good move to upgrade my Samsung Note 3 to iPhone 7 32gb?

It really depends on whether or not you're cool with iOS, and whether the camera, smaller size and upgraded performance are worth it to you. If the answer to most or all of the above is "yes," then upgrade. Also consider the iPhone 7 Plus if you like the Note 3's screen size and don't mind spending more.
