I wouldn't use Apple if you gave me an Iphone for free and then paid me the outright cost. Way too locked down and you are forced to use the Apple ecosystem. An Android for half the price would be slower in benchmarks but next to indistinguishable in real life.

Wonder how much Metal is responsible for this, overall not just CPU oriented benches, also Intel's in real trouble now 😀
GFXbench OffScreen?
Downloading now. Ugh, why are there three different versions of the app? 😱
I posted GFXBench results already for all 4 main tests. Will be curious to see if your results differ.
Doubt it's just metal because I moved from an iPhone 6 to the 6s and things are appreciably quicker.
Same phone and OS, 3 different results depending on benchmark version?
It's slower.

Just got my 6s this morning. Here are some benchmarking results for your viewing pleasure:

Thanks for the benches. Does it get warm during heavy use at all? I can see they bumped the clock speed quite a bit, what about cooling. Can you get RealTemp or smth to monitor the temps. Heh.Just got my 6s this morning. Here are some benchmarking results for your viewing pleasure.
